Greetings!

I have a request for those of you who have time and also own or can get their hands on the two-volume: The Paradise of the Holy Fathers, translated by E.A. Wallis Budge. If you do not know what I am talking about, please click here and scroll down to find them.

If you own or have these two books, and have time, please send me either a PM, or an e-mail (mena@coptichymns.net) so I can give you your assignment.

Smile Thanks, Mathitis, but this project is specifically only for the Paradise stuff. The translation of Budge is also, in my opinion, more suitable for the common reader. Smile

I dont have it. Is it a good set of books to own? I'll see what I can do and whom I can get if off from. I got the sayings of the desert fathers tho, will that help in any way?

Ill talk to some people, and see who I can get it from. Does that sound good or you want something else?

I have the two books and I was assigned by the Diocese of Los Angeles to translate and edit the book from old English to common modern day english...can I help you in any way?
