Hello,
I ran across this shareware calendar program called Calendar X for Mac OS X. It was developed a while ago, but still works great.
To my surprise, it had a built-in Coptic calendar, as well as 12 others. You can convert between dates in any calendar and even see the lunar phase for any given day.
it's quite a gem.
