copticheritage.org presents: the all-English congregation responses for the Divine Liturgy of St. Basil!

We have 40 files of a recording by the HCOC members of all the congregation responses for the Divine Liturgy of St. Basil completely in English. The responses were adapted to fit the Coptic tune exactly, and the English translation is based on the The Divine Liturgies of Saints Basil, Gregory and Cyril book released by the Coptic Orthodox Diocese of the Southen United States. For some hymns, the context for the response is added for clarity. Originally from the (unreleased) Liturgy of St. Basil in English recorded by the HCOC and presided by Fr. Pishoy Wasfy in the Church of the Virgin Mary and St. Athanasius in Mississauga, ON.

When the priests council (of Canada) approves its release. The only issue is the use of modern English, so hopefully that will be resolved!
