Ok, the thing is with Mormons is that all those funny beleifs, like the stuff listed in the pamphlet ksarah12 posted, you won't find in the Book of Mormon anywhere, nor in the Bible (duh!), you'll find it in their "secret" books, which are not available for sale publicly, and which some Mormon's themselves are unaware of. I think one of the books is called the Book of the Pearl, and there are others. It's in these books that you'll find the main doctrinal teachings. Don't bother with the Official Mormon website, they don't tell you much of anything about their beliefs, just that they love God and love their families blah blah blah.

The Son takes His office as Mediator, the Son is the beloved of the Father.
The Son offers His life for the world, the Father is the beloved of the Son.
The Holy Spirit proceeds for the Incarnation of the Son, the Son is the beloved of the Holy Spirit.
The Son sends the Holy Spirit of the Father, the Holy Spirit becomes the beloved of the Son.
The movement of love of the Holy Thriad is the perichoresis, where Each exchanges His movement with the other. When we pray in the beloved Lord Jesus Christ, we receive from Him the Holy Spirit because the Son is the Head of the new creation. But we also receive the Son our Lord from the Holy Spirit in order to rest in the Father.
- Abbot Sophronius of Egypt

From G.J.I:
-God is believed to be a limited holy man, not a spirit, who is an organised being just as we are who are now in the flesh. He is a progressive being, and possesses capacity of eternal increase. Perhaps once a child and mortal like our selves.
-God was in need of salvation.

Mormonism teaches that Jesus will come again in the Millennium, reign on earth and have the headquarters of his kingdom in a mormon temple in Jackson County Mo.

as for the first part: then by definition God would not be God, which is self-contradictory....the eternal increase itself would be God

As for the second part....well, I just had to laugh at that

I honestly cannot see how anyone could be duped into a religion so silly....if I were to choose a false religion, I'd personally much rather choose something a little more sophisticated like Buddhism or Tantric Hinduism...but that's just me
